PGDM in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a two-year post-graduate diploma program that trains students for jobs in operations management, supply chain management, logistics, and procurement. The program teaches students how to establish supply chain management procedures in a business and how to oversee and optimize supply chain operations. Logistics management is an essential component of supply chain management and it concentrates on planning, organizing, storing, and transporting products and resources.  Logistics management aims to achieve customer satisfaction. Materials entering an organization are transported as part of inbound logistics.
