DR.Trilochan Nayak, M.Com,PGDM,Ph.D (Business Adminstration) is a distinguished professor in the field of Marketing. He has been conferred with his Ph.D degree by Berhampur University. He is also published a patent named "Cheating Detection Device Using Artificial Intelligence from Govt. of India. A commitment to excellence in teaching is the hallmark of his life. His superior academic credentials have put in a status as exemplary and a role model in management He has published many research papers in different magazine of National and International repute. His extraordinary methodology and ability to teach is well accredited. He has participated in various National and international conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops. He is an Editor of the Editorial Board of the Shiv Shakti International Journal in Multidisciplinary and Academic Research (SSIJMAR) ISSN:2278-5973.He is also written a book named as "Dairy Industries in India". His research area covers Consumer behavior, Strategic management, Sales and Distribution management,and Agriculture Marketing. His involvement in Social activities and pro active action plan to save environment are well reckoned in the State of Odisha.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Acharya

Prof. Acharya holds a Ph.D. from a prestigious university and a Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science from BPUT. He possesses extensive teaching experience at various esteemed institutions across Odisha. Before joining our organization, he served at BIT, Bhubaneswar. Prof. Acharya has published articles in IEEE Scopus Indexed Journals and has actively participated in IEEE conferences. He is also the author of two journals.
Dr. Amita Panda

Amita Panda has 8 years of experience in the domain of HR & General Management and is currently working with the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar. She holds an MBA with a dual specialization in HR and Finance, an MCA from IGNOU University, and a Ph.D. from Sri Sri University, Cuttack. She has published articles in many journals in the Scopus index and UGC Care publications. She was called an expert review person in the domain of HR at ICBM Hyderabad. She presented a paper at an International conference at ICBM Hyderabad, where she got the first prize as the best paper presenter in the year 2019 and got second prize in 2022. She has presented many papers at conferences & seminars and attained many FDP and MDP at several universities.

Prof. Ragani Agarwalla is an academician and is a giant in the field of Accounting and Finance. She has been member of Odisha Commerce Association (Life membership of Academic Bodies).Prof. Agarwalla is the recipient of Brilliant Performance Award at National Accounting Talent Search (2011-12). She grabbed credit to her career by performing fantastic in research and publications. She participated and presented many articles and journals in National and International seminars conferences, Fdp's, and webinars.

She has been working as a professional soft skills trainer and an aviation instructor for the past 5 years, dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential and succeed in their careers. Her soft skills training program is designed to establish a strong foundation for improving speech, body language, behavior, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities. She has provided training for various companies including Aptech Academy and Dev Aviation Academy. With 5 years of teaching experience, her previous experience as a senior flight attendant in Spicejet and Qatar Airways for 8 years has facilitated her transition into the field of corporate/soft skills training. She also has a special interest in preparing students for current business events and providing an overview of industry sectors. Additionally, she has presented a paper in RES.
Ms. Pritilagna Boity

Pritilagna Boity has over seven years of experience in academics and account auditing and is currently serving at the Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. She holds an M.Com degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at F.M. University, Balasore. Ms. Boity has also completed a Faculty Development Program with the SRC Department at NIT Rourkela, where she was awarded a Performance Star for her presentation in 2018.
